What is the cost of my delivery?
In France, we offer free delivery to your door (with signature) for orders over €200.
If the value of the order is less than €200, delivery to a relay point costs €4, home delivery with signature €6.
Express delivery in France the day after your order before 1pm costs 10€.
Within Europe, delivery costs €10.
In the UK, delivery costs €20.
Outside Europe, delivery costs €25.
How long does delivery take?
If you choose the delivery in point relay via Mondial Relais your parcel will take between 3 to 4 working days to arrive.
If you choose the home delivery via Colissimo relay your package will take between 3 to 4 working days to arrive.
Are exchanges and returns free?
For orders in France, whatever your order, returns are free and we will exchange or refund the product(s) that do not suit you*.
