Once the order is validated, it is no longer possible to modify it.
If the order has not yet been prepared, it is possible to modify or cancel it. Contact us by email or by phone.

Our items from the "timeless" collection (colors: midnight blue, black, bottle green, petroleum and white) come back every season for your pleasure.
However, for the other parts, we produce in small quantities to avoid overproduction. When the stock is sold out, there can be no restocking!
It can happen that some items are put back in stock following returns. To be notified, please enter your email address from the alert button on the product sheet of the item concerned.
In Metropolitan France: delivery is free for purchases of 200€ or more (it is charged between 4€ and 6€ for a lower purchase basket).
In Europe the delivery is charged 14€.
For other countries, your delivery will be charged 30€.
If you choose the delivery in point relay via Mondial Relay your parcel will take between 3 to 4 working days to arrive.
If you choose the home delivery via Colissimo relay your package will take between 3 to 4 working days to arrive.
To track the delivery of your package, we invite you to go to the "My Orders" section in your customer area. You will be able to retrieve your tracking number as well as all the information related to your order.
It is possible to pick up your order for free in stores. This will be proposed to you when you validate the delivery method of your order.
When you choose to pick up your order in store, you will have two options:

In France: delivery is free for orders over 200€.
Thanks to our partner Alma, it is now possible to make a payment in two or three times.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Your refund will be made within 14 working days after receipt and control of the items.
The refund will be made to the same payment method you used to pay for your order.
Yes, returns are free in France and Corsica*. They are at your expense from other countries/regions.
You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return your purchase for exchange or refund if it is not suitable. The return period is extended for the end of the year holidays to allow you to make a gift at 17H10 and exchange it in January if necessary.
To generate a prepaid return label:
1. Send us an email to boutique_paris3@17h10.com or call 01 73 70 95 22 indicating the product you wish to return and your order number.
2. You will receive an email with a Mondial Relay return label.
Choose a standard package or reuse the box with which the products were sent to you. Place the products in their original packaging, with their label uncut and in perfect condition for resale (not worn, not washed, not damaged, not soiled)
3. Then print your return label and drop off your package at your nearest Mondial Relay location.
* Returns are free for all our products except those with a discount.
You can return an item purchased online directly to one of our stores.
Your item will then be refunded within 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of deposit.
It is possible to return an order paid with a gift card. It will be refunded within 14 days.

Your invoices are available in your My Account / My Orders area. Simply click on the order in question and download your invoice. You can also write to us at boutique_paris3@17h10.com
If the amount of your order is greater than the amount of your gift card, you can complete your purchase with another payment method.
If the amount of your order is less than the amount of your gift card, you can use it for your next purchase.

For all purchases made in store, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to make your exchange.
You must come with your receipt.
Do not hesitate to ask our saleswomen for advice and they will be happy to help you find the right size.

The custom-made service allows you to choose your cut, your fabric, your colors, the style details and we take care of the perfect fit.
The delay is 8 weeks.

On the day of the appointment, choose your fabric, lining and all the customizations of your tailor.
Once your suit is ready, we will call you back for the first fitting to identify any adjustments that need to be made to perfect your outfit.
