What is the cost of my delivery?

En France la livraison vous est offerte en point relais et à domicile ( avec signature ) à partir de 200€ d'achat .
Si la valeur de la commande est inférieure à 200€, la livraison en point relais coûte 4€, la livraison à domicile avec signature 6€.
La livraison express en France le lendemain de votre commande avant 13h coute 10€.
En Europe la livraison coûte 10€.
Au Royaume Unis, la livraison coûte 20€
Hors Europe, la livraison coûte 25€.
Pour une commande en Suisse, les taxes seront déduites lors de votre passage en caisse. Les taxes vous seront demandés lors du paiement en douane. 

What is the delivery time? 

If you choose point relais delivery via Mondial Relais, your parcel will take between 3 and 4 working days to arrive.
If you choose Colissimo relais home delivery, your parcel will take between 3 and 4 working days to arrive.
We also offer express delivery D+1 before 13h.
In the case of a credit note, the shipping costs of the initial order will be reimbursed.

Are exchanges and returns free?

For orders in France, whatever your order, returns are free of charge and we will exchange or refund the product(s) that do not suit you. 

How much time do I have to make a return?

You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return your purchase for exchange or refund if it is not suitable. The return period is extended during the holiday season to allow you to offer 17H10 pieces and exchange them in January if needed.
